Thai Political Index for May decreased to 4.70, with the opposition party receiving the highest score.

Suan Dusit Poll, Suan Dusit University, surveyed public opinion on the Thai Political Index for May 2025 between May 26-30, with 2,168 people surveyed. The Thai Political Index for May, with an overall score out of 10, was 4.70, which is a lower score than the score in April of 4.82. The indicator with the highest score was the performance of the opposition party, with an average score of 5.29. The indicator with the lowest score was the overall economic condition and poverty alleviation, with a score of 4.31.

By government politicians and political parties that the public thinks have a prominent role in May, the number one government politician, 40.87 percent, Ms. Paetongtarn Shinawatra, Prime Minister, followed by Mr. Anutin Charnvirakul, 35.07 percent, and Mr. Pirapan Salirathavibhaga, 24.06 percent.
